Yes, SnakeGrid coordinates are easily related to any other coordinate system of your choice. The approach has been designed to provide the accuracy of a local engineering grid with the ease of access of a traditional coordinate system.

Every SnakeGrid file defined a fully reversable conversion between geographic coordinates (latitude & longitude) and planar coordinates (Easting & Northing). The geographics coordinates are the link to other systems

Once you are back in geographic coordinates these can in turn be converted to other systems, such as National Grid or State Plane.
